DOT PHYSICAL EXAM
We provide DOT physical exams for Commercial Drivers. The Department of Transportation requires a DOT physical exam for all drivers of commercial motor vehicles. We are certified medical examiners and are qualified to do the exam. You must be 18 years of age or older and satisfy all medical
eligibility requirements.

We Offer DOT Physicals
The Department of Transportation requires a DOT physical exam for all drivers of commercial motor vehicles.The physical exam must be performed by certified medical examiner and you must be 18 years of age or older and satisfy all medical eligibility requirements. In order to qualify for a DOT Card.
DOT Card Eligibility Requirements
Not Applicable If
Diabetics who require needle-injected insulin.
A recent back injury or
major surgery, or a current hernia will not let you get a DOT Card
Recent workman’s compensation will disqualify you from obtaining a DOT Card.
If you have a current diagnosis of cardiac insufficiency, collapse, congestive cardiac failure or any other cardiovascular disease you will be required to provide the Medical Examiner with stress test (needs to performed within last 12 month.) along with a release from your physician stating that you can drive commercial motor vehicle without restrictions.
Amphetamine, narcotics or any other habit forming drugs are not permitted. Denied on the spot if found in bodily system.
Blood pressure greater than 180/110 is disqualifying.
Having sleep apnea will not allow you to get your DOT Card
We provide medical cards and services for CDL class drivers.
